Job Title: Community Care Solicitor

A leading law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor for a permanent position in their Community Care Department.

The firm serves corporate entities and private individuals in over 25 practice areas from offices throughout London and across England and Wales.

The Community Care Department deals with the care people receive in their own homes, institutional accommodation, or from health and housing services.

The ideal candidate will have a professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills, and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.

The Solicitor will be responsible for all aspects of Community Care work and will provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.

The Solicitor will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with file management and will have a working knowledge of the publicly funded Community Care work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in own advocacy and excellent IT Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills.
