This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a SEN Secondary School in North West London/Harrow. The successful candidate will have a background in working with young people who risk exclusion and excellent behaviour management skills.

- Provide individualised support to challenging/disaffected teenagers, promoting positive behaviour and relationships.
- Lead 1-to-1 catch-up work and develop behaviour management strategies.
- Candidates should have experience dealing with challenging pupils and good behaviour management skills.
