BCT Resourcing is partnering with a leading provider of sector-specific SaaS software to empower their customers to transform their businesses.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

  • As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining solutions for customers.
  • Your focus will be on capturing user requirements, running workshops, creating functional documents, and configuring Dynamics CRM CE modules and Power Platform.

**Key Skills and Experience**

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform consultancy, both on-premise (CE) and in the cloud.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics CRM solutions, workflows, and reporting.
  • Provide functional consultancy on new projects, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Use your own initiative to configure, test, and deploy processes aligned with business specifications.
  • Knowledge of customising and configuring Power Platform apps, flows, and portals.
  • Experience with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
  • PL200 Power Platform certified.
