We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Knapp UK. As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a shift team of 6, including a Deputy Team Leader, engineers, and Automation Assistants, focusing on continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Maintaining a 60/40 split between office and on-tool work.
- Managing PPM planning for the shift, including appraisals, holidays, disciplinary concerns, and absence management.
- Overseeing onsite critical breakdown management, ensuring fast response times and accurate communication with customers and the Knapp Leadership team.
We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader who possesses:
- Strong communication skills for effective shift management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles.
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will receive:
- An annual salary of £56,500 plus overtime.
- Up to 6% pension contribution from KNAPP.
