Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team at TRP Recruitment. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our growing streetwear brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports to inform business decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive post-event and promotion analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Compile in-depth seasonal product reviews to highlight opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct monthly website analyses and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Develop assortment plans based on Open-To-Buy (OTB) parameters to optimize product offerings.
- Prepare seasonal buy review presentations to summarize buys against OTB and range plans.
- Manage gaps and cancellations post-order confirmation to minimize impact on product availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop launch-specific marketing plans and product packs.
- Coordinate with operations to monitor and manage delivery schedules.
- Oversee correct allocations to e-commerce channels to optimize inventory distribution.
Person Specifications:
- 2-3 years' experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for streetwear fashion and trends.
