We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at our busy Factory in the Blaenavon area. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working on the production lines, making, packing, or picking different types of food products. You will also be responsible for cleaning the lines after products are finished and preparing the lines for the next product.

Your role will involve producing a quality product, supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets according to the production plan, and complying with all company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for excellent hygiene and housekeeping of the area.

We offer a competitive pay rate, with rates of £11.59p/h for days, £12.66p/h for afternoons, and £13.33p/h for nights. Overtime is available on weekdays and weekends, and you can work part-time or full-time.

As a Production Operative, you will receive full induction training and multi-skilled training on department-specific equipment. You will also have the opportunity to work in a team environment and develop your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for individuals who have basic English literacy and numeracy skills, can work well in a team, and have a good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene. Previous factory experience is desirable but not essential.
