Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 7.5t driver to join our team at DX Group. As a 7.5t driver, you will be responsible for delivering customers' products to their required premises, ensuring exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. You will transport products safely to customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent DX Group in a professional manner at all times
* Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements
* Undertake daily checks, reporting defects and completing correct paperwork
* Scan products using DX scanning equipment
* Load deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot
* Observe DX procedures and policies
* Manage routing to achieve premium and timed deliveries
* Ensure correct equipment and PPE are in good order and used
* Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately
* Ensure customers receive deliveries in excellent condition
* Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner

Essential Criteria:

* Hold a valid C1 or above license with DQC and Tacho card
* Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans
* Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to build a rapport with customers
