Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rubber Formulation Designer to join our team at the Michelin R&D center in Magog. As a key member of empowered multi-profession project teams, you will be responsible for designing composite mixtures that meet product and industrial challenges, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to develop innovative designs, and contributing to the growth of our Materials Laboratory.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in composite materials or relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of rubber or materials
  • Excellent knowledge of chemistry and physics of materials and composites
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Analytical skills, collaboration, curiosity, dynamism, and a desire to develop skills and the technical field
