- Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behavior
- Experience in a care or support role, preferably with individuals with complex needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with complex needs and their families
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
