Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement activities that enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful living environment.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full UK driving license is also essential due to the location and nature of the work.

No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support. However, having experience working with children or in health and social care would be beneficial.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.92-£12.54 per hour, plus an enhanced sleep-in rate of £30 per night. You will also receive overtime pay at an enhanced rate, annual leave, and opportunities for career advancement.
