At Robert Walters UK, we are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Assist with training new team members.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable inbox to ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Verify bank details with suppliers to ensure that payments can be made on time.

The ideal candidate for this position brings a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. You should hold an AAT or equivalent qualification or be studying towards it. Experience with SAP would be advantageous.

Requirements:
  • AAT or equivalent qualification or studying towards it.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
