About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Kitchen Porter to join our team at Absolute Taste. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean and organized wash-up cycle of crockery, cutlery, and other goods in the wash-up areas.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy, with pots and pans cleaned and maintained for the chefs' use.
- Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen, wash-up, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure the smooth running of these areas, requiring good organizational skills and the ability to avoid a backlog of washing-up.
