Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through efficient production processes, improving product quality, and reducing costs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, minimize downtime, and optimize production processes
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to ensure effective maintenance schedules and equipment performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor, resulting in increased productivity and improved product quality
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and cost reduction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly
