We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in St Albans. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to properties in AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4, AL5.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience of basic repairs and installations, including window, door, ironmongery, bench, planter fitting, and other related tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- To deliver high-quality maintenance services to clients
- To undertake routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues
- To carry out repairs and installations as required
- To maintain a safe working environment at all times
