We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Night Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a variety of needs in our communities.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in on-call shifts to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a community care setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and on-call duties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
