We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Solution Architect to join our team at INEOS Automotive. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with expertise in SAP and automotive OEMs to work on designing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

Job Description

This role involves providing applications and solutions consulting by understanding, analysing, and translating business and technical requirements to enhance, support, and facilitate the design of business-enabling solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP, preferably with a track record working with automotive OEMs, specifically focused on digital technologies such as CRM, E-commerce, web, mobile apps, digital payment systems, and digital marketing solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Document and articulate complex architectures at a high level for a given domain
  • Identify changes required within a given architecture to deliver business change, architectural simplification, or removal of technical debt
  • Delve complex solution design covering data, application, and integration
  • Analyse and solve complex and ambiguous problems using developed analytical skills
  • Lead teams effectively, leveraging well-developed team leadership skills
  • Develop written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to drive consensus and agree on technical direction
  • Build solutions using modern integration platforms and methods
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and tools


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience working with current and core SAP products and solutions (S4, C4C, Emarsys, CPI, VMS, LBN, NetWeaver, BTP)
  • Proven track record working as a senior solution architect, with a concise understanding of current architectural best practices
  • Experience working within an automotive OEM as a solution architect or senior solution architect
  • Familiarity with TOGAF standards, principles, guidelines, and other relevant enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with ability to think logically and analytically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build consensus and drive technical direction
