Birmingham Hospice is seeking an experienced Charity Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving strategy and drive significant income growth through various fundraising streams.
About the Role- Manage the Donor Acquisition Fundraiser and In-Memory Fundraiser teams to maximise opportunities and achieve organisational growth.
- Develop and implement innovative and creative appeals to attract new donors and increase retention rates.
- Lead a dedicated team in delivering gold standard supporter journeys, regular giving campaigns, in memoriam giving, lottery, and legacies.
- Recruit new donors and retain existing ones through effective supporter engagement strategies.
- Deliver income growth targets for individual giving streams, including regular giving, legacies, and in memoriam donations.
- Collaborate with fundraisers to support their targets and objectives, and develop creative appeals to drive income growth.
- Work closely with the fundraising department to meet overall fundraising objectives, driving innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Focused and driven individual with a passion for fundraising and hospice care.
- Proven experience in leading fundraising teams and developing successful appeals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
The salary for this role is up to £41,000 per annum, depending on experience. Birmingham Hospice offers a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
