Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly ambitious and self-motivated Principal/Associate Landscape Architect to join their team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide top-notch Architectural services and work on various projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of landscape projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Design and Planning: Create detailed plans and drawings using CAD software, ensuring designs meet client needs and environmental standards.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss requirements, present design proposals, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects and consultants, providing guidance and support for high-quality work.
  • Environmental Analysis: Analyze environmental reports and incorporate sustainability and conservation recommendations into designs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Be a Chartered Landscape Architect.
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • A proven track record of professional experience, with a background in consultancy.
