Design Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our design team at Careers in Design. This role involves working on a variety of prestigious and challenging projects, requiring excellent collaboration and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong drawing and technical detailing skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience from the furniture manufacturing sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating front-end concept drawings and renders, elevations, and GA's for production-ready drawings.
  • Working closely with the design and production team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Refining value engineering and new solutions to improve the drawing and production process.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong drawing and technical detailing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Possessing SolidWorks skills, with AutoCAD and Adobe CS being an advantage but not necessary.

Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary in the range of £36,000 to £42,000, depending on experience and ability.
