We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team. As an HSQE Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems, legal, client, and business requirements.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of promoting HSE and stimulating ongoing improvements to company practices. They will work closely with sites to develop and manage internal and external audit programmes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE risk-based programmes for allocated sites.
  • Conduct HSE audits, utilising up-to-date audit documentation to ensure compliance with the company's audit programme.
  • Produce and circulate audit reports, providing guidance and support to achieve audit requirements.
  • Carry out site visits, producing detailed reports and ensuring that all recommendations are implemented.
  • Manage and assist sites with external audit programmes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of HSE Management Systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE risk-based programmes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
