As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing top talent worldwide, owning the coordination of international bookings, and maximising our position with model agencies by maintaining our high ASOS standards and reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Securing talent as required, working with worldwide agencies to ensure the most successful models are readily available
  • Be an experienced negotiator with advanced industry knowledge of rates and usages
  • Working closely with the Head of Models & Talent and Model Manager, focusing on sourcing top-tier models for required marketing, elevated, and social briefs

Requirements:

  • Previous model booking experience with existing agency relationships
  • Strong understanding of shoot production in a commercial environment
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
