Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small team in one of our instore departments, delivering a world-class customer experience, and driving sales and operations performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand, ensuring our stores are visually appealing and engaging.
  • Drive sales and operations performance, working closely with the store management team to achieve commercial goals and brand knowledge.
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success with your team, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements

  • Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for retail and people, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver exceptional results.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A desire to be the best and promote the Sports Direct values and culture to internal and external parties.
