Job Title: Head Bartender

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to join our team at Hyde. As a key member of our bar team, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that align with our brand identity and customer preferences.
  • Train and mentor bartenders on mixing techniques, presentation standards, and drink preparation consistency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration of drinks and food offerings.
  • Conduct regular bar area inspections to ensure optimal operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and register reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the bar team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
