About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a Project Quantity Surveyor within our Developments business in the Scotland Region.

You will be based at our office in Chapelton, near Aberdeen, and will report directly to the Senior QS. The project involves 213 units, a mix of private sale and affordable houses, apartments, commercial units, and all associated infrastructure and external works.

Your key responsibilities will include managing development costs, participating in risk and opportunity reviews, and collaborating with technical, construction, and development colleagues.

Key Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit management team.
