About the Role

Job Title: Nanny

Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour

Contract Type: Zero Hour Contract/Flexible Working

Location: Cricklewood, London

Other available Locations to travel to: Wembley, HAO

As a childcare professional with Bright Horizons, you'll be part of a team that provides back-up childcare services to thousands of families in the UK.

When families' regular childcare arrangements fall through, they turn to us for help. Our team of experienced and passionate Nannies deliver high-quality care to children of all ages.

We're looking for a flexible and dynamic Nanny who can work with a variety of families, providing support and care on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting families by providing care for their children on an ad-hoc basis
  • Working with children across a variety of age ranges in educational play and delivering a range of activities to support their individual development
  • Caring for the children throughout the day, ensuring their personal and educational care is adhered to, whilst safety and wellbeing are paramount.
  • Promoting and implementing our Bright Horizons policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Childcare professionals with the ability to care for children of all ages from Birth onwards.
  • Professional UK experience of two years or more working with children as a Private Nanny, Agency Nanny, Childminder, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant or similar
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Thorough understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
  • Flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to work with a variety of families
  • An Enhanced DBS check that must be on the update service
