VANRATH is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £Competitive DOE + excellent package and the chance to work on various diverse and high-end fit-out projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor at VANRATH, you will be responsible for the commercial management of these projects, working closely with the Senior QS and Project Manager. You will be required to travel 1 or 2 days per month, with all travel costs paid for.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting valuations, collating variation quotations, procuring and managing sub-contractor accounts, and reviewing main contract documents. You will also prepare monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts, as well as engage in value engineering and risk management control.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree qualification or other relevant qualifications, experience working on fit-out and/or refurbishment projects, commercially astute skills, strong IT skills, articulate communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
