Job Title: Cloud IT Systems Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud IT Systems Manager to join our team at EA First Compass House in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate IT risks and develop remediation plans, system documentation, BIA, and continuity planning.
  2. Maintain and upgrade systems.
  3. Internal responsibility for company's Finance, HR, and business systems.
  4. Ensure robust and high performing IT systems are in place.

Requirements: A solid technical background is important. Experience with IT systems for Pharma/Biotech, understanding of ITIL framework, creation of IT system documentation, policies, and SOP are required.

Working Conditions: Hybrid working with at least 2/3 days per week onsite in Cambridge.

Compensation Package: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and flexible working hours.
