About the Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing smooth operations of a busy kitchen, with a focus on quality and presentation. You will be responsible for menu planning, cost and budget control, and recruitment, training, and development of the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring food safety and health and safety compliance.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Food safety level 2 or 3
  • Experience at senior sous chef level or above
  • Proven track record of managing a kitchen team within a hotel or hospitality venue
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop high-performing teams
