About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sampling Officer to join our Clean Water Sampling team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, collecting, processing, and delivering water samples across the Central Belt and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute water sampling procedures in accordance with UKAS standards
  • Collect and process water samples using specialized equipment
  • Deliver samples to our laboratory for analysis
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Represent Scottish Water in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
