Job Description

We are seeking a Faith and Education Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone Church in Leyton, London. In this role, you will work closely with the college to develop initiatives that promote spiritual growth and well-being among students.

You will provide pastoral care and support to students, including guidance and counseling, and collaborate with the college to develop programs that align with the church's vision and values.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in a field such as youth work, education, or theology, and proven experience in youth ministry leadership or a related field. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote spiritual growth and well-being among students
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, including guidance and counseling
  • Collaborate with the college to develop programs that align with the church's vision and values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and college staff

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a field such as youth work, education, or theology
