As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in carrying out machining activities to high quality standards and ensuring compliance to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist and a strong understanding of CNC programming, G code, and machine control.
Job Responsibilities
- Loading, operating, and maintaining CNC mills and other machining equipment
- Interpreting and executing machining instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines
- Reporting production status, issues, and concerns to relevant personnel
- Achieving precise tolerances and surface finishes on a wide variety of parts and components
- Measuring and inspecting machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions and machining issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Assisting with process improvement and optimization initiatives
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
