Senior Civil Construction Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Construction Manager to join our team in East of Edinburgh, near Cockenzie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects. You should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site-based construction teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to track project progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior construction management roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
