Overview

KFM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join a leading player in the food industry. This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in quality assurance and compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our technical team, ensuring compliance with AA BRC standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading, a relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or a related field, and strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers on quality-related issues.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in food safety and quality management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
