Job Title: Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Southport/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish with a commercial and proactive approach.
  2. Collaborate with the Team Leader to discuss case strategies, planning, and team performance.
  3. Draft legal documentation, including Letters of Claim (LOC) and letters of instruction.
  4. Ensure effective time recording and the collection of relevant information to progress cases.
  5. Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.
  6. Excellent communication, drafting, and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel.
  7. High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal context.
  8. Bonus scheme (subject to targets being met).
