Health and Safety Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team and lead our health and safety function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in health and safety management and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to site teams and other staff members
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in health and safety management in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
