Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Bridgnorth. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our heads of department as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house and reception, including switchboard, meeting room management, and greeting visitors.
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate diaries.
  • Maintain our online filing system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Consult with external HR support as needed.
  • Manage onboarding and inductions for new staff and contractors.
  • Assume the role of Health & Safety Coordinator and coordinate annual risk assessments.
  • Oversee planning and reactive maintenance, and liaise with facilities suppliers.
  • Administer procurement within the company and operate as the Network Administrator to our outsourced IT company.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with online diaries and cloud-based file storage.
  • Confident and experienced in using cloud-based systems.
  • A real people person with excellent communication skills.
