About The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to join our Scarborough store, where they will oversee the management of pharmacy services and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Fostering a culture of clinical governance and continuous learning among colleagues.
• Driving pharmacy sales, services, and profitability through effective cost management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Leading a high-performing pharmacy team by developing and implementing best practices, as well as managing individual staff competence.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A degree in Pharmacy.
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Ability to complete a DBS check prior to commencement of employment.
