Graduate Acoustics Consultant

A leading noise and vibration engineering consultancy is seeking a talented Graduate Acoustics Consultant to join their team in London. With a strong presence in various sectors, including property, industrial, and transport, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills in environmental planning, building design, and acoustics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct acoustic measurements, surveys, and assessments to identify and mitigate noise and vibration issues.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Support senior staff in project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legislation, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Acoustics or a related field.
  • Institute of Acoustics associate membership.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Knowledge of working guidelines and policies affecting the acoustics market.
  • Familiarity with noise measurement procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
