We are currently recruiting for a Consultant in Geo-Environmental Science to join our multi-award-winning Site Evaluation and Restoration team, responsible for site-based ground investigations, data analysis, and report writing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Graduate GROW programme, a 3-year structured development programme designed to help you become an experienced professional in your chosen field.
As a member of our team, you will work with clients to determine site conditions, assess geological/geotechnical aspects, and identify environmental restoration needs. You will also contribute to desk-based research and report writing, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
To succeed in this role, you should be graduating with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree, demonstrating typical Arcadian skills such as Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and Team Player qualities. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders with technical knowledge, willingness to travel (where possible we embrace virtual working), and a full UK driving licence.
This role offers a competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
