The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our close-knit commercial team. As a Junior QS, you will be exposed to the full tender and pre-construction process, working on live projects with the delivery team and attending client meetings.
The Company:
Our client is a well-established business operating in the Super Prime Residential market in Central London. With a turnover of £30m and a portfolio of 10 projects at any one time, they offer a unique opportunity for career growth and progression.
The Package:
Successful candidates can expect a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 (depending on level and experience) + travel, as well as company nights out and social events.
