Job Role: Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to children in nurseries across the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, happiness, and stimulation of children in your care
• Communicate effectively with children using play-based approaches
• Support children's development and learning
• Create a nurturing and child-friendly environment
• Maintain toys and play equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Keep accurate records of children's progress and development

Qualifications and Requirements:

• NVQ level 2/3 Childcare and Education
• NVQ Level 2/3 Early years care and education
• CACHE level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education
• Foundation/honours degree in Early Childhood Studies
