Procurement and Supply Chain Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team as a Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in procurement and supply chain management, working with a leading global technology group.

As a Graduate in Procurement and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for negotiating and awarding contracts, developing our supply base, and communicating cross-functionally across key divisions and supporting functions. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including procurement requirements for new product development and collaborating with supply chain and freight teams to ensure high stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and award contracts
  • Develop THG's supply base
  • Communicate cross-functionally across key divisions and supporting functions
  • Support best Procurement practices and policies
  • Manage supplier approval process and work with relevant teams
  • Work with NPD Team on Procurement requirements for NPD projects
  • Collaborate with supply chain and freight teams to ensure high stock availability
  • Communicate with suppliers to schedule product delivery
  • Generate production plans considering sales streams and raw material allocation
  • Report on KPIs such as spend, savings, payment terms, availability, and production plan attainment
