About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to our Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and have a role that is at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Oversee the smooth running of administration and reception at our Head Office, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels, including senior directors, executives, and external partners.
  • Organize meetings and travel arrangements for the MD, ensuring that all logistics are taken care of.
  • Collate and distribute board packs and other materials to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Take minutes of meetings and ensure that they are distributed to relevant parties.
  • Provide support to the Administrator and Receptionist, including covering periods of absence and working with the group Facilities team on office-related matters.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business. You will have a proven ability to support a Managing Director, Senior Director, or Executive, and understand the need for confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including directors and executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work outside of routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
