Job Description

  • To teach History to students aged 11-16, developing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • To contribute to the development of curriculum materials, assessments, and resources that meet the needs of our students.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and academic achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in History or a related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
  • Proven track record of teaching History to secondary students, preferably in a UK setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
