Greenhouse Horticulturist

Job Overview: Our London-based clients, an award-winning and well-established company in the Horticultural sector, are seeking skilled Gardeners and Horticulturalists to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and gardens and a desire to learn and develop.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vans are kept clean and tidy with a full set of tools. You will also be expected to be punctual, tidy in appearance, and have good common sense. Additionally, you will provide fair plant knowledge and care, possess good communication skills both written and verbal, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team while showing initiative.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need some experience in a similar role, which is essential. A horticultural qualification is desired but not essential. You must also have a driver's licence, although it is not always essential. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about plants and gardens and eager to learn and develop.
