Technical Architect Role

This is a brand-new position that will cross-over into various areas, including producing high-level enterprise solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and leading the development team from a technical standpoint. The ideal candidate will come from a development background (ideally .Net) and be happy to support with coding, which will make up roughly 20% of their time. They will lead a sub-team of 4-5 developers from a technical standpoint and support with training, upskilling, and code reviews.

The company is an award-winning business, recognized in the UK's best workplaces list for 2023. They have recently embarked on a new project, which has triggered expansion across their IT teams. The Technical Architect will play a huge part in the technical direction of the business, working closely with the Senior team. The office is in Staines-upon-Thames, and the role will require office working of once a week for the first 6 weeks until the project launches and will then refer to twice a month thereafter.

The Tech Stack includes C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Azure, and SQL. The company offers a competitive package, including an annual bonus, 23 days' holiday rising to 26, and Bank Holidays, as well as 10% pension and full private health insurance and dental insurance.
