Join the Quality Assurance team at TXM Recruit, specializing in testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular testing and validation on transportation systems while adhering to stringent health and safety protocols.
  • Document and evaluate test outcomes to surpass quality standards.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to formulate testing procedures and specifications.
  • Perform systematic testing, log results, and analyze data to determine pass/fail criteria.
  • Assist in troubleshooting failures and provide detailed technical insights to relevant parties.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing methodologies and systems.
  • Operate rail vehicles as necessary.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and uphold TXM Recruit's core values.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Mandatory Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Background in testing and engineering.
  • Proficient in interpreting test data and conducting failure analyses.
  • Excellent communication abilities across all levels.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering field.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm, with rotating night shifts from 6pm to 6am.

Compensation:
Standard daytime rate £20.59 PAYE or £27.07 Umbrella.
Night shifts £26.77 PAYE or £35.17 Umbrella.
Overtime (Monday to Saturday) £30.88 PAYE or £40.61 Umbrella.
Overtime (Sunday / Bank Holidays) £41.18 PAYE or £54.14.
