The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, consisting of a basic salary between £20,000 - £22,000, and on-target earnings ranging from £28,000 - £35,000+. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with vendors and purchasers, providing excellent customer service, overseeing sales progression, accompanying viewings, and assisting and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Provide proactive and responsive support to meet the needs of vendors and purchasers.
  3. Ensure seamless sales progression through effective communication and coordination.
  4. Accompany viewings and provide valuable insights to potential buyers.
  5. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  2. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.

  6. Avoidance of unrealistic timeframes will guarantee smooth operations leading to target achievements and optimal client satisfaction through hassle-free negotiations throughout the whole purchase process ensuring all communications are clear concise and timely via email or over the phone always avoiding calls when driving at any time.
  7. A valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK are essential requirements.
