Cycas Hospitality is a dynamic hotel management company specializing in extended-stay hotels. We are seeking a skilled Restaurant & Bar Staff (16+ HOURS) to join our team at the Ibis Bridgwater hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Upsell and promote our beverage offerings
- Converse with guests about our menu and services
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Assist with food and beverage functions and service
- Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
