Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and proactive approach to Health, Safety, and Environment throughout our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Health and Safety processes and standards
  • Support communication and training initiatives
  • Analyse and communicate key health and safety data and learning to underpin continuous improvement
  • Support the Test operation through a period of change and health and safety improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role, particularly in Test or Construction Materials related industries
  • Knowledge covering a wide range of H&S legislation
  • Experience in undertaking Risk Assessments, including COSHH and Fire
  • Experience in planning and delivering H&S training
  • Undertaking work-based risk assessments, H&S inspections, and audits
  • Qualified with at least NEBOSH Diploma
